- I will not tolerate someone who is impatient when waiting for their commission. I want to make sure your work is perfect. This can't be rushed. 
 
- If you need this to be done by a certain time frame. I must know up to a week or earlier in order to complete your piece unless my schedule is full. I will be honest on if I can finish in time, I want to make sure you receive the best I can offer.
 
- I have the right to refuse rude customers. If I feel at any point after payment you are being rude to me you will only be refunded back 50% of payment. If before payment, I will simply refuse to take your commission. 
 
- Please provide a valid up to date reference sheet. If you do not have a reference sheet, please provide a vivid description and example colors (Google search color shades). 
 
 
PAYMENT
 
Full payment must be made before I begin your commission. 
Payment is only through paypal or venmo
 
 
AFTER PAYMENT
 
- I will create a clean sketch. I can allow changes to the clean sketch. Don't hesitate to ask for any changes within limit of payment. Once a lineart is created I will not make any changes. 
 
- I work full-time. I mainly work on my artwork on the weekend for the time being. 
 
REFUND

You will receive a 100% refund before outline is created
You will not be refunded after a outline is made unless you have a VALID reason with proof to back it up. 
 
 
AFTER COMPLETION
 
Please do not re-upload my art without credit! It's appreciated :)
